Sunshine Blogger Award

Yup! You see that correctly. Another reward. The amazing Bugsie2016 has nominated Pieces of Time for the Sunshine Blogger Award. Thank you, Bugsie2016! Now I need to catch up on your story. 🙂 I have read half of it so far. Great story!

Now to answer the questions!

1. If you could be one person from History who would you be? I think I would like to be Anne of Cleves. The Tudor period in history fascinates me. I even made Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon in the Sims and they were part of Pieces of Time for awhile. They both died awhile ago, but their daughter, Mary, is still in the game. In case you can’t figure out where you have seen them in the game, here’s just one place. He was the red head in the club to take down Tony.  Back to the question though. I think being the fourth wife of Henry VIII and the one he didn’t divorce or behead so early in his life, would be interesting. A first hand view of what went on with Katherine Howard would be cool.
2. Who is your favourite character to write (currently)? There’s so many, but right now, I would have to say Tony Jr. He is still a teenager and already has three kids to take care of. He is confused about what he wants in his life and if he should follow the path that his father had laid out for him.
3. What came first the chicken or the egg? The egg. Everybody knows that.
4. What is your favourite line of a song? “I’m ruined from the past. What makes you think we’ll last?” From the song “Look at Me” by Danny Wood. It’s one of my favorite songs right now. So sad yet beautiful.
5. How similar are you to above said character? To a junior Meatball? Not at all similar.  I’m a good girl. (That was hard to type). I have no children that do not have four legs and fur.
6. If you were given the chance to change one thing about the world, what would it be? This one is hard. There are so many. Working in a soup kitchen three days a week, I see the suffering of the homeless. You would think that is my answer, but no. I would eliminate all forms of cancer. I have lost so many family members to it already (Grandfather, grandmother, many aunts and uncles). Now my 33 year old cousin is in her final days because of it. She is suffering so much. I would end cancer.
7. Favourite Sims hairstyle (any game)? I LOVE the CC hair on my Jessie character from Pieces of Time. The color and the style is perfect for her. 
8. How do you come up with ideas for your story? Pieces of Time was created because Pammiechick broke her readers hearts and CitizenErased14 was being mean to her characters. I wasn’t ready to say good bye to Jackson yet. Zayne needed someone to show him some love. Pieces of Time was my way of keeping Jackson alive a little longer (sadly he’s an old man now). Zayne has been so great to play with too. I still love his relationship with his dad. Who can forget the naked fight and the “sweaty balls” comment?
9. Favourite quote from your story? I loved Zayne freaking out over the doctor at the hospital when Siobhan was in labor. Forget the fact that his mother in law was also there. lol  “OMG! You are that singing Josh Groban. When did you become a doctor? What kind of bull shit world is this?”
10. Favourite simlit story (other than your own)? There are so many, but if I had to pick only one, I would have to say Light the Way to Heaven by Blamsart. It was the very first Simlit I had ever read and it got me hooked. The story is now on generation 9 and is still as captivating as the first generation was.
11. What animal best represents you as a person? I have no clue. Maybe a St. Bernard? I’m one of those people that seem to hunt out those that need help.
